Track Your Order

When your riddgge order ships, we email a carrier tracking number to the address used at checkout.

How to track

1. Open the shipment confirmation email.
2. Click the tracking link, or paste the number on the carrier site.
3. If the email never arrived, check spam, then email support@riddgge.com with your order number or call +1 (619) 844-0137.

Logged-in customers can also review orders from My Account.

Wallets, rings, and KeyCases usually move as a small parcel. Luggage and kits may ship in more than one box — each box gets its own tracking number.
