These Terms of Service govern riddgge.com (the “Site”) and any purchase of riddgge wallets, rings, KeyCases, power banks, phone cases, luggage, and accessories. By using the Site you agree to these Terms.

The Site and our products

Product photos, colors, and descriptions are as accurate as we can make them, but screens differ. Machined aluminum, forged carbon, leather, and ceramic finishes can look different in person. Prices, including sale prices, may change. We may limit quantities or cancel orders we cannot fulfill.

Orders, payment, and shipping

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept when we charge your payment method and send a confirmation. You are responsible for a complete, accurate shipping address. Risk of loss passes when the carrier collects the package. Timing is explained in our Shipping Policy.

Returns and warranty

Eligible U.S. purchases follow our 99-day trial. Full detail is in the Return and Refund Policy. Most riddgge wallets, KeyCases, and rings also carry a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. See our Warranty Policy.

Accounts

If you create an account, keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Intellectual property

The riddgge name, logos, product names, look of the store, and Site content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or resell Site content without written permission.

THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, RIDDGGE DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE OR A PURCHASE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT AT ISSUE, EXCEPT WHERE THE LAW SAYS WE CANNOT LIMIT LIABILITY.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
