Warranty Policy

Most riddgge wallets, KeyCases, and rings include a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. MagSafe power banks, phone cases, and hardshell luggage include a 2-year limited warranty unless the product page says otherwise.

What is covered

• Cracked wallet plates, broken elastic, failed RFID shielding, or hardware that fails in normal use.
• Ring shanks or inlays that fail from a manufacturing defect.
• Power-bank cells or cables that fail inside the warranty window during normal charging.
• Luggage shells, zippers, or handles that fail from a manufacturing defect.

What is not covered

• Normal wear, scratches, dents from drops, lost cards, or water damage from submersion.
• Modifications, third-party parts, or misuse.
