Need a different wallet color, a new ring size, or a power bank that matches your MagSafe case? We can usually exchange within the 99-day trial.

Every riddgge wallet, ring, KeyCase, power bank, phone case, and travel piece is built to be used. If it is not the one, send it back.

99-day trial

You have 99 days from delivery to return unused riddgge gear purchased on riddgge.com. Sale and marked-down items are included. If the return is approved, we refund the amount you paid to the original payment method.

Items should be in sellable condition and include the original packaging, screws, plates, cables, or cases that shipped with the order.

Who pays for return shipping

  • Eligible U.S. returns within 99 days: riddgge covers return shipping. Email your order number and we send a prepaid label.
  • Defective, damaged in transit, or wrong item: riddgge covers return shipping and, when needed, a replacement or a full refund including original outbound shipping.
  • International, Canada, APO/FPO, late, worn, or otherwise ineligible returns: you pay return shipping unless the law requires otherwise. We do not refund original outbound shipping on buyer’s-remorse returns.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@riddgge.com or call +1 (619) 844-0137 with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. For eligible U.S. orders we email a prepaid label. Pack the item in a sturdy box with all original extras.
  3. Drop the package with the carrier on the label. Keep the drop-off receipt until the refund posts.

When the refund is issued

The clock starts when our warehouse receives the return, not when you drop it off. Inspection is typically 2–3 business days. Your bank usually posts the credit 5–10 business days after we issue it.

What we cannot take back

  • Engraved, sized-to-order, or otherwise customized items once production has started, and products labeled Final Sale.
  • Items returned after 99 days, or that show wear, damage, or missing parts (missing wallet plates, ring bands, power-bank cables, or luggage handles).
