Shipping Policy

Here is how long riddgge orders take to process and how long they take to travel to a U.S. address.

Processing time

• Standard processing: 1–2 business days after you place the order (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).
• Peak sales and holidays: up to 3 business days.
• Custom or made-to-order rings: timing is shown on the product page before you check out.

When the package leaves the warehouse, we email a tracking number. That email is the start of transit time — not the order confirmation.

Transit time

• U.S. standard shipping (contiguous United States): 3–7 business days in transit.
• Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories: 5–10 business days in transit.
• Expedited options: when offered at checkout, the cart shows that method’s transit estimate.

When U.S. customers typically receive an order

Most contiguous-U.S. customers receive standard-shipping orders 4–9 business days from the order date. A wallet, KeyCase, or power bank that ships the next morning can land closer to 4 business days; a rural or peak-season luggage order can land closer to 9.

Delays we cannot control

We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather, incorrect addresses, or packages the carrier marks delivered. If a box never shows, email us with your order number and we will help file a claim or reship when the situation calls for it.
